Job Summary

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a Higher Education Commission (HEC)-recognized university.
• Minimum of 05 years of professional experience in major civil works projects.
• Demonstrated technical and engineering expertise in planning, design, preparation of technical specifications, bidding documents, and construction supervision.
• Experience with the technical management practices of the World Bank or other multilateral development partners will be considered a strong advantage.
• Valid membership and/or registration with a recognized professional engineering body is mandatory.
