Renovation Project Manager

Role Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for full lifecycle delivery of renovation projects , from post-sale handover to final completion, ensuring projects are executed on time, on budget, and to required quality standards .

This role is operations-driven, not sales-driven - focused on execution, coordination, and client assurance.

Aligned with Project Direct's model, the Project Manager operates with no commission incentives , ensuring objective decision-making and zero upselling behaviour.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Ownership (End-to-End)

• Take over confirmed projects from intake/quotation stage
• Plan and manage full project timeline from start to completion
• Define scope, milestones, and sequencing of trades
• Ensure smooth transition between each work phase
