Renewals Manager/Sales Manager [PIONEER TEAM]

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in Renewals, Sales, Customer Success, or Revenue Operations
• Hands‑on experience with both B2B and B2C renewals
• Strong commercial negotiation and objection‑handling skills
• Deep understanding of churn drivers and retention mechanics
• Ability to manage high‑volume portfolios without losing deal quality
• Experience with CRM and renewal forecasting tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, etc.)
• Must be willing to work onsite a shifting schedule at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig

Nice-to‑Haves

• SaaS, subscription, or recurring revenue business experience
• Experience rescuing enterprise-level non‑renewals
• Program‑building experience (renewal playbooks, frameworks, automation)
