Job Title Renewal Specialist – Malaga (Hybrid) Job Overview Renewal Specialist at Concentrix – responsible for managing the renewal process for Microsoft products, nurturing client relationships and driving renewal revenue. Key Responsibilities Act as Primary point of contact for the customer during renewals process, building trust and setting foundation for long‑term Microsoft relationship. Effectively turn renewal leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through criteria such as BANT (budget, authority, need, timeline). Engage with small and medium businesses across industries, company sizes and types to determine their needs and identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
