Remote VoIP NOC Engineer — 24/7 Incident & Support

Toku Pte Ltd is looking for a hybrid NOC and L1 Technical Support professional based in South America. You will monitor and handle incidents on Toku's voice and messaging platform while supporting a major enterprise customer.

This role requires strong SIP and VoIP troubleshooting skills, alongside excellent communication abilities in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will have a reliable home setup for shift-based work and be comfortable in a fast-paced, structured operation.
