Remote Technical Support Analyst – Lab Digital Services

Health New Zealand is seeking a Technical Support Analyst for Laboratory Digital Services, supporting critical clinical systems nationwide. The role is permanent, full-time, and work-from-anywhere in NZ.

Provide frontline technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain systems with the Digital Applications & Products team. You’ll contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and service improvements while upholding security and compliance standards.
