Remote Technical Analyst — SQL & SaaS Support

FunnelCake is seeking a Technical Analyst I to join their Technical Support Team remotely in Mexico. The role focuses on providing assistance to users navigating their SaaS solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with product and development teams to optimize user experience.
