Remote Technical Account Manager for Strategic Customers

Twilio is seeking a Technical Account Manager 3 for a remote role based in Colombia. You will serve as the designated technical contact for strategic customers, delivering proactive guidance, troubleshooting complex issues, and providing actionable feedback to Twilio teams.

The role requires deep collaboration with customers’ developers and cross-functional groups. The TAM will prioritize urgent situations, maintain calm under high workloads, and help drive improvements to reduce downtime and
