Remote TAM: Enterprise ITSM Onboarding & Integrations

CommandLink is seeking a Technical Account Manager to work remotely and drive customer onboarding and integrations for our ITSM platform. This role requires strong technical knowledge of ITSM products such as ServiceNow and Jira, as well as the ability to guide enterprise customers through successful adoption.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of customer success, effective communication skills, and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and configuration support.
