Remote Talent Partner - Staffer Success & Recruiting

Cloud Accountant Staffing is seeking a full-time Talent Partner based in Argentina to own the end-to-end candidate experience. This role requires strong recruitment expertise to facilitate successful placements and ensure ongoing staffer success in a wholly remote environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive and empathetic approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a portfolio of up to 50 active staffers. Competitive monthly compensation ranges from $800 to $1,000 based on experience.
