Remote Support Engineer: Microsoft & Network Expert

My IT Crew is seeking a remote Support Engineer to help clients maintain secure, reliable technology and deliver an exceptional experience. You will troubleshoot Windows devices, Microsoft 365, networks, and VoIP, while owning client communication and managing a precise ticket queue.

You will collaborate in weekly meetings, contribute to a growing knowledge base, and coordinate with vendors to resolve incidents end-to-end. We value accountability, proactive service, and teamwork.
