Remote Strategic People Partner: Org Design & AI

Supermetrics is seeking a Senior People Partner focused on embedding HR strategy across cross‑functional Pods to drive healthy, high‑performing teams. You’ll be in early on restructures, performance calls, and team design, partnering with leaders to shape decisions using org design, data, and AI insights.

You’ll collaborate with TA and senior leadership on headcount planning, coach leaders through performance conversations, and navigate complex employee relations across jurisdictions.
