Remote Shopify & Gorgias Customer Support Specialist

TalentPop App is seeking a Shopify/Gorgias Customer Support Agent to join a fully remote team. You’ll respond to inquiries via chat, email, or phone, help with product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns, and use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets.

You should have excellent English, at least 1 year of online customer service experience, and be comfortable working independently while handling multiple conversations.
