Remote Service Desk Incident Coordinator

CommandLink is looking for a Service Desk Incident Coordinator to manage incoming service incidents remotely from Buenos Aires, Florencio Varela. You'll be the primary point of coordination, ensuring that incidents are triaged, prioritized, and handled in alignment with business impact.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring service requests, directing incidents to appropriate teams, and maintaining communication standards. This position plays a key role in the Managed Services organization to facilitate smooth operations.
