Insight Global is hiring 12+ REMOTE recruiters for a big 4 firm we are working with to provide top talent. This big 4 firm the recruiter will support is undergoing a major transformation driven by AI and automation. This team is scaling quickly, with over 100 new requisitions recently approved, and needs experienced recruiters who can operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
This role offers exposure to strategy consulting, AI/technical hiring, and financial services recruiting, depending on alignment.
We are seeking Recruiters will core skills in one the following areas :
1. Strategy / Deals Recruiting – consulting and strategy talent
2. Technical Recruiting (CDA / CXX) – AI, GenAI, Python, and engineering
3. Hybrid (Financial Services + Tech) – blended hiring across business and technical roles
Location: Remote (preference for candidates near major hubs like NY/Boston)
Hours: East Coast Hours
