Shape data privacy initiatives with Prospeo as a Senior Privacy Counsel, working remotely from Canada. Oversee GDPR compliance, manage contracts, and enhance privacy operations daily.
In this full-time role, you will spearhead Prospeo's privacy program, handling data subject requests and developing scalable compliance systems. You are the primary legal advisor for commercial contracts, providing insights on product, sales, and marketing decisions. With autonomy and reporting directly to co-founders, you will potentially take on Data Protection Officer responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day privacy operations for GDPR and CCPA
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and vendor agreements
