Remote Sales & Support VA for E‑commerce Growth

TalentPop App is seeking a Sales and Support Virtual Assistant (VA) to deliver exceptional customer experiences for our ecommerce brands. This fully remote role combines sales support with order management and customer care.

You will respond via live chat, email, and phone, suggest products, process inquiries, update CRM, and coordinate with teams to meet targets. English fluency, 1 year remote experience, and comfort with Shopify, Gorgias or Zendesk are essential.
