Remote Sales Support Specialist - Email & Chat

TalentPop App is seeking a Sales Support Rep – Email & Chat for a fully remote, non-voice role focused on professional written communication. You will handle customer inquiries by email and live chat, identify upsell opportunities, and contribute to retention and revenue growth from conversations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in Customer Support or Inside Sales, strong written English, and experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce, plus Zendesk/Intercom-like tools.
