Remote Sales & Onboarding Coordinator

NearHands in Medellín, Colombia is looking for a candidate to improve operational efficiency by providing centralized support for administrative, coordination, onboarding, and customer-facing functions. You’ll assist with customer onboarding, coordinate presentations, support marketing tasks, and maintain internal processes.

This position offers a permanent contract, a monthly base salary of $2,800,000 COP for the first 3 months, and a performance-based commission later. Remote work is available with necessary equipment provided.
