This role ensures smooth onboarding processes by coordinating various internal teams and tracking project statuses. Candidates should have at least 2 years in software operations or similar roles and possess excellent communication skills.
The opportunity offers the potential for direct customer ownership as you demonstrate reliability in driving projects to completion. This position will primarily support US and EMEA hours and includes required travel for quarterly meetings.
