Remote Recruiter — Manufacturing & Operations

Cielo is seeking a Recruiter in Klang City, Malaysia, to support their recruitment for manufacturing and logistics roles. This position requires a minimum of 2 years’ recruitment experience, especially in high-volume hiring, and strong communication skills for effective stakeholder management.

The successful candidate will lead intake meetings, develop sourcing strategies, and evaluate candidates while maintaining engagement throughout the hiring process. Proficiency in Malay and English is essential, and familiarity with ATS is preferred.
