About the role
This is a part-time, fully remote position (25–30 hours/week) with flexible scheduling. You'll oversee property operations, tenant relations, and administrative workflows while leveraging AI tools to streamline how the work gets done.
What you'll do

Handle tenant communications, inquiries, and issue resolution
Coordinate maintenance, vendors, and scheduling
Track leases, payments, and records; keep documentation organized
