Remote Production Support Engineer — AWS & FinTech

AgileEngine is looking for a Production Support Engineer to monitor and support production systems across a multi-account AWS environment. You will triage incidents, runbooks, and coordinate with engineering, help desk, and security partners.

The role includes on-call rotation and post-incident reviews focused on continuous operational improvement. We value English communication, strong incident triage, and expertise in AWS, PostgreSQL, and Jira.
