Remote Product Support Specialist: Impact & Insights

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a Product Support Specialist to join our Support team and help customers maximize the Podium experience. You will troubleshoot inquiries across Email, SMS, Phone and Video, and work to resolve issues quickly while communicating urgency and value to customers.

You will partner with Product and Engineering to share feedback, build documentation, train teams, and drive improvements that enhance the overall customer experience.
