Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Payroll and Benefits Manager to elevate payroll operations for our team. This role may be suited for candidates willing to work remotely across Canada while operating within EST hours.
In this managerial role, you will oversee a payroll team responsible for processing payroll for approximately 1,700 employees. Your focus will be on ensuring compliance with payroll regulations while collaborating with HR and Finance departments for optimal processing. This includes leading audits, managing employee benefits programs, and providing mentorship to your team.
