Remote Operations Specialist – Data & Issue Resolution

Sezzle is seeking a talented and motivated Operations Specialist to join our Operations team—someone who thrives on solving complex problems behind the frontline. You will diagnose issues by querying databases, tracing transactions across payment platforms, and using AI tooling like Claude to identify root causes and drive fixes.

You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Operations to escalate patterns, draft precise bug reports, and help improve tooling and processes.
