Remote Onboarding & Implementation Lead

PetDesk is seeking an Implementation Manager to help onboard new customers for their client communication software tailored to veterinary clinics. This role is 100% remote, requiring fluency in English and excellent communication skills.

You will lead the implementation process, ensure successful onboarding, and provide training sessions to clients. Candidates must work from a dedicated workstation with stable internet connectivity and a commitment to North American business hours.
