Remote Night-Shift Team Lead – Weekends

Talentek By Hubtek is seeking a Supervisor to enrich the development of our accelerators’ team in Bogotá, Colombia. As a Supervisor, your role includes analyzing team performance and guiding accelerators in their daily tasks, ensuring efficient operations.

The position requires at least 6 months of experience in leading teams and excellent English skills (B2+). It offers remote work flexibility and a salary range of COP 3,000,000 to COP 3,300,000.
