Remote MES Frontline Support Engineer

Connected Manufacturing™ is seeking a Front Line Support Engineer to join their fully remote team. The role involves providing exceptional technical support, troubleshooting customer issues, and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base.

The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of technical support experience, preferably with MES software, and strong communication skills. Some travel may be required for onsite customer visits or training.
