Remote Legal Analyst - M&A & Corporate Contracts

PetroHire seeks an experienced Legal Analyst to support a U.S.-based law firm from anywhere. You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, conduct legal research, and assist with corporate governance and due diligence for M&A matters.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of corporate law PQE, fluent English, and proven experience supporting U.S.-based attorneys or businesses in cross-border matters.
