Remote Lead Experience Designer: Checkout & Payments

EQUALS TRUE is hiring a Lead Experience Designer for a remote-first, LATAM-focused opportunity. You will own end-to-end design across booking, checkout, cancellations, alterations, and post-purchase experiences, and drive clarity in complex financial and policy-heavy flows.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Research, and Writing from problem definition through launch, navigating ambiguity and shaping vision for global products.
