Remote Java & Python Engineer — Production & Incident Lead

BairesDev is seeking a Java + Python Developer to join a fully remote team. You’ll own end-to-end production integrations, monitor service health, and respond to customer issues with urgency. The role requires strong Java and Python skills and prior production-system ownership.

You will work with global engineering partners, using AI tooling to accelerate cross-language resolutions and deliver scalable solutions from anywhere.
