Remote It Support Specialist – Emea (Autonomy)

Duetto is seeking an IT Support Specialist to empower our EMEA team with reliable, scalable tech support across time zones and devices. You will handle day-to-day troubleshooting, access management, and endpoint deployment, working closely with the Senior IT Lead and InfoSec.
You'll own remote onboarding/offboarding, maintain asset inventories, and develop self-service resources that streamline support while expanding our global IT footprint.
