Remote International Recruiter (Spanish/English) — Sales

Adrian Magnus is expanding its international recruiting team. We are seeking a seasoned recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across Europe and the Americas, focusing on commercial and sales roles, and to manage a Workable ATS end-to-end.

You will source proactively, screen, and close candidates quickly, build bilingual pipelines in Spanish and English, and collaborate with hiring managers to keep time-to-fill low while delivering high-quality shortlists.
