Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Implementation Manager to join our growing Customer Success team. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping Barti meet and exceed customer expectations by owning their entire initial experience. You will lead a structured onboarding process for new customers, taking them from post-sale kickoff to a successful go-live.
