Remote HR Operations Specialist — Fintech & Crypto

Veta Virtual is seeking an HR Specialist to support full employee lifecycle, administer Paylocity, manage onboarding and offboarding, ensure compliance, and prepare executive-ready reporting for senior leadership.

You will partner with managers across the business to optimize HR processes, maintain accurate HRIS data, and deliver insights through dashboards while upholding confidentiality in a fast-paced fintech environment. This is a fully remote role based in LATAM or Europe.
