This contract to hire role as a Remote Health Coordinator is responsible for contacting members to inform and educate them on our medical management programs.
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
·Contact members to inform and educate them about medical management programs.
·Conduct research.
·Perform data entry.
·Respond to inquiries from members.
·Support the clinicians in the Medical Management department with their provider and member activities.
Job Requirements:
·1 year of college and 2 years of experience with automated systems OR 3 years of experience with automated systems.
