Remote Growth Campaign Lead – Crypto & Fintech

Binance is seeking a highly motivated Campaign Manager to join our North Latam marketing team in Peru. You will plan and execute campaigns targeting user acquisition, retention, and referrals, using data-driven insights to maximize product adoption and engagement across the region.

You will work with product, content, and operations teams, run lifecycle campaigns, perform A/B tests, and report KPIs. Fluency in English and a genuine interest in crypto are essential.
