Remote Global HSE Programs & Systems Lead

KoBold Metals seeks an experienced HSE Lead, Programs and Systems, to design and own the HSE management system, digital tooling, and training infrastructure across our global operations. You will drive safety ownership at the field level with an AI-enabled workflow and strong executive support to do it right.

You will build the platforms, standards, and analytics that surface risk, manage the global document library and Learning Management System, and collaborate with regional teams to implement
