Remote German-English Customer Support Specialist

TalentPop App is expanding our core corporate headquarters and seeks a dedicated German-English Speaking Customer Service Support professional to join us as a direct hire. You will work directly for our brand, supporting corporate operations with service excellence in German and English.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of remote customer service experience, fluent German and English (C1+), and familiarity with Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
