Remote‑Friendly Data Ops for AI R&D & Labeling

Avature is seeking a Data Manager for our Machine Learning team in Spain to own the data lifecycle behind AI R&D initiatives. You will lead human annotation, manage external annotators, and support data governance and regulatory compliance, working closely with ML engineers and QA.

The role focuses on data operations and quality management, bridging raw data, human intelligence, and cutting-edge ML, while enabling scalable, auditable data workflows across projects.
