TalentPop App in the Philippines is hiring a Customer Experience & Sales Specialist (E-Commerce). You will assist shoppers, resolve inquiries, and drive sales through personalized support across chat, email, and phone.

You will upsell, cross-sell, manage abandoned carts, and help with returns while maintaining brand voice. Familiarity with Shopify and Zendesk is a plus; 1 year in remote sales or customer support is required.
