Remote E-commerce Sales & Support VA

TalentPop App is hiring a Sales and Support Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our fully remote team. You will handle real-time customer interactions via chat, email, SMS, and phone, recommend products, and help customers make confident purchase decisions.

You’ll manage orders, track shipments, and support returns, while updating CRM and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales and service goals. A proactive, detail‑oriented communicator with English proficiency will thrive here.
