Remote E-commerce Sales & Support Specialist

TalentPop App is hiring a Sales and Support Virtual Assistant (VA) to support customers across live chat, email, SMS, and phone. You will help customers find the right solutions, upsell where appropriate, and handle orders, refunds, and tracking with care.

The role requires at least 1 year of remote sales or customer support experience, strong English communication, and comfort with Shopify, Gorgias, or Zendesk. This is a fully remote position suitable for a fast-paced, self-driven professional.
