Remote Diamond & Fine Jewelry Advisor

Rare Carat is seeking a Customer Service Associate for our 100% remote team. You will educate customers on diamonds, assist them through the sales process, and help them navigate our site for diamonds, engagement rings, and fine jewelry.

You must have a GIA Graduate Gemologist Diploma and at least 3 years of bridal jewelry sales experience, with strong communication and a passion for education-based selling.
