Salary: $1000 USD per Month

We are seeking a highly motivated English/Spanish Bilingual Debt Collector to support a U.S.-based Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) automotive dealership. In this role you will work directly with customers to collect payments, maintain payment arrangements, and help reduce delinquency while providing professional customer service.

This is a relationship‑based collections position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to confidently handle difficult conversations while maintaining a positive customer experience. BHPH collectors are responsible for contacting delinquent accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, documenting customer interactions, and following established collection procedures.
