Remote Customer Retention & Loyalty Strategist

TalentPop is seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to design and execute retention programs for leading ecommerce brands in a fully remote setup. You'll focus on increasing repeat purchases, reducing churn, and maximizing CLV through personalized journeys.

You will run multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, and loyalty programs; analyze churn signals; craft win-back strategies; and optimize onboarding, renewals, and cancellation experiences for subscription-based clients.
