A biotechnology company in the regenerative medicine and personal stem cell banking space is looking for a Business Systems Manager to lead a full CRM migration and take ownership of the systems that run the business.

Recently acquired and now modernizing its entire technology stack from the ground up, the company is a lean, bootstrapped team of roughly 20 to 50 people. Its current systems were inherited rather than designed, and today the setup depends on costly external developers with no internal owner to tie everything together.
