A fast-growing telehealth and behavioral health company providing accessible mental health care across multiple US states is looking for a Credentialing Specialist to own the end-to-end provider credentialing process and eliminate reliance on a slow, error-prone vendor.

The company is scaling rapidly, onboarding new therapist and counselor providers every week, and currently routes credentialing through an external vendor that takes up to a week to submit applications and frequently requires corrections. The team is lean and fast-moving, already collaborating with a distributed operations team across time zones.

Day to day, you'll submit and track credentialing applications across Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers, manage CAQH profiles, and follow up directly with payers to resolve issues. Success means same-day to ...
