Main Activities / Responsibilities

• Controls the receipt, identification, storage, and withdrawal of all supported CIs under ITSM Tools.
• Define, implement and maintain massive automation of CMDB Discovery.
• Work closely with Cloud Service Providers, SREs and Cloud Engineers to assist in Activities required for CI Compliance and identify orphaned CI or Noncompliant CI in the Digital Center Cloud Service Provider Accounts and On-Premise Data Centers.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, reports and executive summaries that can be consumed by all levels of the organization to better inform and facilitate decision making.
• Collaborate in Service Transition / Demand process to ensure ITSM Compliance in Configuration Management Process.
• Check Business Continuity requirements for new and existing solutions on Digital Center Catalog.
